Bundles, product types, badges and featuring

What you can sell

Every product has a type. Physical products ship and track stock. Digital products (downloads, licences, tickets, gift cards) and services (classes, appointments, repairs) never charge shipping. If an order has only digital items and services, the checkout asks for a billing address instead of a shipping address.

Create a bundle

1. 1Products → New bundle.
2. 2Add the products in the bundle and set how many of each.
3. 3Set the bundle price. The editor shows what the items cost separately; put that in Compare-at to show shoppers the saving.
4. 4Set the status to Active and save.

Bundles have no stock of their own. Each sale takes stock from the items inside, so a bundle sells out when any tracked item runs out.

Badges

Pick a badge such as On sale, Discount, Clearance, New, Bestseller, Limited, Pre-order or Exclusive, or write your own. Sale-type badges show the percentage saved automatically when a compare-at price is set. With no badge, a product with a compare-at price shows “Sale −X%”.

Featured products

Tick “Feature on the storefront home page” to add a product to the Featured row at the top of your store. Lower featured-order numbers appear first, and featured products sort first under “Featured”.
