Import, export and duplicate products

Move a catalog in from a spreadsheet or Shopify, export everything, and copy products in one click.

Import a CSV

1Products → Import / export.
2Download the template (or export your catalog from Shopify as CSV).
3Drop the file on the page. Nothing is saved yet — you see a dry-run preview with new products, updates and any row errors.
4Fix any rows the preview lists, choose the file again, then press Import.

One row per variant. Rows sharing a handle become one product; existing products are updated by handle and variants by SKU or name.

Export

Export products (CSV) downloads every product and variant in the importer’s own format, so you can bulk-edit in a spreadsheet and import it back. Orders → Export CSV downloads every order with subtotal, discounts, shipping, service fee, taxes and refunds for your accountant.

Duplicate a product

In the product list, the copy icon creates a draft copy with the same details, images and variants (without SKUs or stock), ready to adjust.
